Delaware Water Gap

One of the most spectular hikes that I have enjoyed has been to the top of Mt. Tammany in the Delaware Water Gap. It starts at Rt. 80 along the river and ends at a cliff 1,250 feet high overlooking the Delaware River, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The height is equivalent to the view from top of the Empire State Building. Photo taken at the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, NJ
